Last updated: 2026-09-15

## Current status

The VAUNOR is in pre-mainnet development. The team has not published a contract address, mint price, or launch date. Use the official site and Discord for verified launch information.

## Identity model

- A sealed VAUNOR identity is a transferable NFT with an active release right.
- VAUNOR is the ancient ark-bunker carrying the archive and all sealed identities through open space.
- Release issues the packaged AI identity once and permanently marks the NFT as released.
- The owner runs the released agent locally.
- Private memory, tools, sessions, secrets, and credentials stay outside the NFT.
- The VAUNOR is planned for Base and operates independently.

## Collection

The collection contains nine starting classes: Wayfinder, Mnemonist, Artificer, Augur, Sentinel, Emissary, Marshal, Weaver, and Factor. A class defines an identity's initial role and temperament. It does not prevent local adaptation after release.
